About Chloe West Studio
Background
Chloe West has been studying saxophone for 10 years and originated from the Chicago Suburbs. She currently studies Music Education and Saxophone Performance at Illinois State University.
Performance
Chloe regularly performs with Illinois State's Symphonic Winds, the Illinois State Saxophone Studio, the Halcyon Quartet, and solo. She has performed a variety of works by prolific and influential composers. She has experience performing on Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Baritone saxophone.
Education
While at Illinois State University, Chloe is active in many academic and outreach programs. She is a student of the Honors College, which is based on GPA and independent study each semester. Chloe is a School of Music Ambassador where she works with prospective music students by giving tours, running different roles of the School of Music audition, and enjoys being a positive connection to the School of Music. She is a member of the Collegiate Illinois State chapter of the Illinois Music Educators Association. She attends both the yearly International Midwest Clinic and Illinois Music Educator Conference.
